As a performing arts college, the Cambridge Performing Arts Course at Bodywork Company Dance Studios trains students in all areas of the performing arts. Throughout the college's three-year diploma course, students are encouraged to focus on their strengths and, at the end of their studies, graduate with the National Diploma in Professional Dance or Musical Theatre, awarded by Trinity College London. The qualification is an NVQ level 6, equivalent to an honours degree.
The course is run over three academic terms with a half term break of one week each term. Students are assessed throughout their three years of study and also take part in numerous performances throughout their training.
Bodywork Company is home to a UK dance college within the DADA (Dance and Drama Award) scheme, as a student you may be able to obtain funding for tuition, and possibly even a contribution towards your living costs.
